person Joan Green: I had difficulty finding a low rate for my car which I had gotten in Saskatoon to be shipped to Toronto. I was getting scared by companies that said that there is a reason other companies have low rates, and that such was the case because they make you wait a long time to pick up your car, or because they put it in storage.
They also told me that I could have no personal items in the car, and that I would pay more if what was in the trunk was more than a hundred pounds. I got an email quote from Performance Auto Carrier that said otherwise. Just to confirm, I called and found out that I could have everything I wanted for almost half what the other companies were quoting. I was able to put stuff from my storage in the car with no extra fees. Needless to say I was worried about when my car would be picked up and when it would arrive. But after talking with Sean, I knew that they were honest and good people.
After two days into the delivery I called and they were able to tell me how far away my car was. The driver himself was so nice and everything worked out great. I did have a dirty car but, that was to be expected with open cargo delivery. I washed it up and everything was great! It arrived in time for Thanksgiving so I could drive to meet my boyfriend’s family! They all had a laugh at my licence plates but my week-end awesome!!

I went online to search for vehicle delivery establishments, and filled out the request form on the site I visited for the delivery of motor vehicle quotations. During the conversation I realized that I would be quite some miles away from where they actually delivered vehicles. However, he decided that since I was between two delivery points, he would ask the driver to drop my car near where I was. I was very happy for that. Not being very familiar with the new surroundings, I did not want to do the extra driving. I took my car to Performance Auto Carrier, paid my fee and left everything into their hands. And Pronto!! I got my car on time and as promised.

My husband had been relocated to another province and we had to move in a hurry. We were concerned about our vehicle which was a top of the line imported luxury SUV. We wanted no mishaps along the way, but wanted to be assure that if there was any, we would be adequately compensated and that without delay.
We called Performance Auto Carrier for a price quotation and to ask about their services. services. The gentleman we spoke to was very helpful and informative. It helped a lot that they had been in the transportation services businesses for quite a number of years.
As we were busy packing up we asked them to pick up our SUV from our house and was assured that they had no problem doing so in a timely manner. We had called on Wednesday and they were leaving out with a shipment on Friday. The pick-up at our house was obviously not free, but comparison pricing had already revealed that Performance was very competitive.
Their driver came to our house on schedule and took our car back to their depot to ship to our new location. They told us that for the couple of days the vehicle would be stored in a secured and heated facility and that there was no chance of it getting stolen.
Our vehicle went out on schedule and was delivered on time as they had promised. When we went to pick it up we went over the outside of the vehicle to make sure there were no scratches or dents to the body. We looked at the inside also and found no visible damage to any part of the interior.
We were very happy with the experience and with the fact that all had gone extremely well. We got into our SUV and drove home very thankful that we had had a perfect delivery experience with Performance Auto Carrier.

He took the time to explain the entire process of having our three vehicles picked up from our residence to their facility, and providing us with some useful information about how to track our vehicles while en route. It was amazing to see how the driver transporting the cars took extra care in safeguarding them as he loaded them onto the truck.the truck.
He was very professional, and very skilled at what he was doing. To top it all, we were all pleased at seeing all three cars nicely parked in our driveway upon our arrival from the airport. Wow! This was something we never anticipated. It appeared our cars were on the same plane we flew on. That was actually what I told my little boys.

personBarbara Boyd: I was pleasantly surprised at the very reasonable quote submitted by Sean of Performance Auto Carrier on shipping my car from Toronto to Vancouver. Other auto-movers tried to frighten me about going with the most economical quote.
I felt comfortable in verbal conversation with Craig and so placed the order. Craig promised pick-up and delivery windows and they were met. The car was picked up on Wednesday as promised, and delivered the following Tuesday. Contemplating the distance, I consider it a very good delivery time-frame. The pick-up driver also kept us informed when he entered British Columbia. Columbia.
